About me

Pin It Now!

I started this blog since 2008 and I blogged all my home cooking recipes as one here. Cooking is fraction of my life, it’s like the blood running giving a life into my vain, I love tasty food, home-cook them, simply write it down, records as a beautiful photo as I style and photographed all my food photos

My kitchen is my paradise…
My blog is my advantage place where I can share my recipes, my passion in cooking, food photography and being creative person

Welcome to Cooking Tackle (a new name created for my blog ) where the home–cooking begins.

I‘m Ira, an Indonesian women, a stay-at-home wife and a mom to a wonderful toddler name Ryan. We live in Bali (known as Island of the Gods ) and I’m so proud that I can do of what have been in my dream.

What's this blog about?

Food, food and food

Principally, I cook mostly Indonesian food and I make it as an icon label in my blog.
Understanding and learning Indonesian food as I’m genuinely proud of and it has been in my interest that means a tribute to conserve the Indonesia heritage.
Somehow, I honestly would not close to the possibility cooking others dishes in addition to challenge my skill and food discoveries.

If you have anything you would like to ask or say to me, please feel free to write me an email at cookingtackle@yahoo.com

I hope you enjoy visiting my blog and I would appreciate it if you let me know how you found it, worthy or otherwise.

piere, i have been finding a name for so long, a name with the flow, a name to attract and meaningful, the same time easy to pronounce and remember.

to be honest i was discussing it with my very good friend and talented photographer "dwiana porter" for this. There were quite few names i wanted to her to say YES, unfortunately none of them in her LIKE lol :( *very chicky , but when i say this to her, she just hooked and say yes!
